Life 'N' Soul - Ode To Billy Joe / Peacefully Asleep(Decca UK 1967) EX in Company Bag.
Fantastic psych mod dancer B side compiled on Rubble 6: The Clouds Have Groovy Faces and The British Psychedelic Trip 4. Nice take on the Bobby Gentry hit too, but they probably should have reversed the sides as Peacefully Asleep is the stunner.

Grading
M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.
EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound
VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.
VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.
