Description

Iconic Bluesville date from Lightnin’ Hopkins. This is an original 1st pressing of this record. The blue Bluesville label features RVG in the run-off on both sides of the micro groove vinyl. The label on both sides exhibits some light wear near the spindle holes, although the spindle hole itself looks tight. Side B of the label exhibits the distant trace of a price sticker.


The vinyl on both sides exhibits a number of light scratches & scuffs. Side A, exhibits a scratch across track 1 & track 4, which I could feel with my finger. Side B, exhibits a scratch across tracks 4 & 5.


In terms of rating by mere visual inspection alone, as I no longer own a turntable, I’d rate this wax between G to VG condition.


The Lp jacket is clean with the start of a 1 “ split at the top of the jacket opening (see pic) . The previous owners name is lightly written on the back of the jacket in the upper left hand portion above the liner notes.


With all of this said, this classic blues Lp is being sold As-is.
