Please contact me if you have any questions. Questions asked within 12 hours of auction close may not get answered, but I will try to do so. Your satisfaction is my first concern.

If you receive your order and you have any problem or concern, please contact me first, before leaving any low seller rating or negative feedback comments.

Please do not open an eBay return before contacting me.  Most concerns can be worked out much more quickly this way.

I will work with you to make things right, if you give me the chance to do so.

Thank you for your cooperation
