Description

Lita Ford – Out for Blood LP (Original Banned Cover) – 1983 Mercury Records

This is the rare original banned cover of Out for Blood, the debut solo album by Lita Ford, released in 1983. The original artwork, featuring Lita Ford posing with a blood-dripping, broken guitar shaped like a sword, was deemed too controversial and was quickly pulled from circulation. It was later reissued with a more subdued cover design, making this first pressing highly collectible.

Label: Mercury Records
Catalog #: 422-810-331-1 M-1
Condition: (Shrink Wrap Intact)
Features:

  • Banned Original Cover Art
  • Includes original stickers:
    • "Special Low Price – Includes Rock 'N Roll Made Me What I Am Today"
    • Vintage Crazy Eddie price sticker ($5.49)
  • Hard-to-find first pressing before the artwork was changed

A must-have for Lita Ford fans, heavy metal collectors, and vinyl enthusiasts!
