Description
United Recording Corporation ACETATE cut for Vee Jay Records at Audio Devices Inc., New York City.
This Little Richard 8” ACETATE features two tracks found on his 1964 Vee Jay LP, “Little Richard is Back” (And There’s A Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On)

“Short Fat Fanny” b/w “Groovy Little Suzy”
The condition of this acetate is excellent. I did play test it ONCE and the sound is perfect. Being an acetate it must not have been played more than a few times at most if at all. There is no wear in the grooves that can be detected.
The surface looks as if it was just cut from the lathe. Plenty of rich gloss.
The original Audio Devices sleeve complete with “combustible thread caution” is included and in very good condition.
Acetates fron this era don’t show up in much better condition than this offered example. The labels are very clean and not at all loose and have the word “instantaneous” printed around the spindle hole.
A very nice piece of Rock ‘N Roll history from one of the early founders.
