Description

London LOR 90010 Puccini Madama Butterfly (complete opera) on 2 reels + libretto. 4 track 7.5 ips. Renata Tebaldi, Carlo Bergonzi; Tullio Serafin conducting the Orchestra and Chorus of Santa Celcilia, Rome. FFST recording, issued on vinyl as a ‘blue back’ FFSS set. Early duplication by Ampex in original slip case. Tested, plays well, with excellent sonics typical of London/Decca opera recordings.
