Winter is here again and now I am working less it is time to get back into selling off some of my records and other music related stuff, I will be listing a few gems over the next few weeks, punk, new wave, northern soul, sixties, seventies, a mixed bag!!! some rare, some bargains, I have been selling on and off for quite a few years now so bid with confidence, happy bidding.

Title: Taxman / That’s It
A very rare and sought after single on the Mod scene, first original pressing in lovely condition there is some wear to label, see pics, plays beautifully, I also have some acetates by loose end that are very rare and may be looking into selling those soon too, if you look on discogs the ones on there are my copies, but I’ll start with this classic.

Condition: used but in excellent condition a few light scuffs and marks but plays clear and crisp, lovely item, all my records have been cleaned on my Moth MK 2 Pro vacuum cleaning machine.
Description: All records play tested on my Rega P3 with Rega Brio Amp
All items will be packaged well with record taken from original sleeve to avoid splits and placed in a separate inner and plastic outer sleeve, any item over £25 I will post tracked delivery at no extra charge to the buyer, wherever possible I will use recycled packaging and charge only the post office rate for delivery, I also give combined postage options for multiple items dependent on weight.
RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler CD?s and CASSETTES As a general rule CD?s and Cassettes either play perfectly ? in which case they are in Mint condition ? or they don?t, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD?s are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves.price rating
