ITEM DESCRIPTION

Mega rare LP colombian 1995 de Los Fabulosos Cadillacs "Rey Azucar"  only pressing in the world of this album. cover in VG+, Record in NM-.

This is Sony Music Mexico Import from Colombia, original barcode sticker on back cover (Check photos). Sony Music Mexico, marks their promo items with drill hole. This could be one of those. I never saw this album on any stores, they were imported to be used as radio promos. Record Labels back then wanted to know nothing from vinyl format, CDs were the mainstream format.

Vinyl format in Mexico became hard to find at the end of the 80s due to the introduction of CD's and the rise of tapes, titles from 1989 to 1993 if available, were produced in very low quantities and were very hard to find; only few specialised stores continue selling them. Mexico is probably the first country in the world to stop vinyl comercial production in 1993, after this year titles were made only for DJs or radio promos.

 Labels in spanish!
