The story goes that the band made all the instruments they played on this album themselves, gluing frets randomly on their guitar necks and using metal baling wire for guitar strings; bottle caps for tambourine cymbals etc.. Pretty cool.

What we have is a very decent blend of Byrds jangle, beat and R&B sung in good English by this Chilean band. All tracks are original compositions. There are also elements of baroque pop, country and dark folk here too, making a very diverse listen. Maybe a little out of date for 1967 but this is a very enjoyable album nonetheless. I find myself listening to it constantly.

  Best tracks:
  "Oscar Wilde"
"En tu Mirada [In Your Mind]" - great jangly tune
  "La Primavera de Ms. O'b" - Simon & Garfunkle-esque

Just listen to the whole thing
