Description

This is the Super-Rare alternate cover version of Volume 17.
Volumes 15, 16, and 17 all had their vinyl pressed before their respective covers were ready, so Bag Records decided to take the original version 1 of the volume 15 cover (the mass-produced volume 15 is a slightly different pic of John with the same guitar), and paste-over the new volume numbers as needed on both the front and the back of Volume 15 covers that were already produced. the fronts for 16 and 17 simply had the volume number covered, while the back had the entire track listing and descriptions pasted over each time. (volume 15 has no paste-overs.)
these alternate covers for 15, 16, and 17 are incredibly difficult to find, and come along here very infrequently. 
the VG+ cover has a few minor creases from shipping and a small bump on two of the four corners. 
spine text reads, with the spelling mistake: "Jonh Lennon of Bag presents The Lost Lennon Tapes" (with no volume listing on spine) and then "Bag Records" (with no catalogue number.)
Vinyl is EX. Bag Records 5089. 
LP will be professionally packaged: record will ship outside of cover to prevent any damage and sent out in a sturdy record mailer.
