Description
Lou Donaldson Lou Takes Off Blue Note 1591 47 West 63rd Street NYC RVG and ear stamped pressing with Sonny Clark, Donald Byrd, George Joyner and Curtis Fuller with Art Taylor. The LP has a name in red ink on the cover rear and also on the labels. The LP will be given a VG+ rating but it does have a few light eraser like hair like surface marks, one on either side and the cover is VG/VG+ with a little foxing on the front entrance, (see pictures) and some light age spotting. That being said this is a original mono deep groove original pressing LP. Superb music especially the nearly 15 minute tune, Strollin In. Sonny Clark excels here as does George Joyner (Jamil Nasser). VG+ LP with a few light surface marks and VG+ cover with some light wear. Well sought after item, so good uck.
