Lou Donaldson quartet Poster Golden Circle jazzclub 1962 Reprint
Size 20X28 inch (50X70cm) Limited edition of 50copies.
In the early 60´s the Golden Circle jazz club in Stockholm/Sweden was the finest and best way for musicians to get together and play for an audience that really was into jazz, the club became famous and musicians from all over the world came to play at the club.
Albums with Ornette Coleman trio on Blue Note was recorded and Rita Reys from Holland was also released.
A young man Mr.Starkenberg in the beginning of his career as an art designer was asked to do the concert posters for the club.
It was his first job and wanted to get it well done so he made the posters himself and screen printed them, however the cost was so high so he made only about 20 of each motive.
Now 50 years later I got the opportunity to scan the originals and print them again, they are offset printed on 170gram paper and limited to only 50copies of each.
To find an original of these is almost impossible, and if you do the price is very high.
No shipping cost and no additional cost will be applied.
