Vinyl: VG+ Slightly play.  Nice sound quality.  Minimal minor faint superficial marks on vinyl.

Label & Sleeve: Sleeve, which was released as a plastic bag is VG.  VG due to some discoloration along the top (see last pic).  There is a price tag on the sleeve on the front, in addition.  Label is EX
