Description
The late, great Lou Reed's solo masterpiece from 1973 reissued by Simply Vinyl as a 180-gram Limited Edition Import LP from the UK in 1998. The label did an amazing job on these reissues. They sound great and the sleeves are especially high quality. As you can see, the original, protective PVC sleeve is still intact with stickers. A word of warning: be very careful and exacting when extracting the actual sleeve/record from this outer sleeve/wallet, as it is a very snug fit. The wax is VG+. It is still quite lustrous. Look hard under intense light and you will see a few light scuffs. Nothing feelable. These marks have zero negative impact on perfect playback. The lyrical insert sheet and Simply Vinyl catalogue are both crisp and clean. The actual sleeve is in Excellent shape save for a .75" tear at the top, which I attribute to the outer PVC sleeve I mentioned. A beautiful copy to own!
