Always seemingly ahead of his time, US rocker Lou Reed first gained fame with The Velvet Underground before establishing his successful solo career. Produced by David Bowie and guitarist (with Bowie at the time) Mick Ronson - this is Reed's 2nd solo studio album - now considered an all-time classic.
