Description

Up for bid is L. Armstrong's masterpiece West End Blues. Condition is a clean E-. Normally, the West End Blues side has the first ten grooves much grayer than the rest of the side. There were a lot of budding trumpet players from that era that studied the opening fanfare closely. This record has a little wear on those first ten grooves but nothing like one normally sees. There are two minor scratches on the West End side that do not detract from the music. All in all, a pretty clean condition, must-have classic.
