This is a rare two-album set from Love Song, one of the most influential groups in early Christian folk-rock. Formed in the early 1970s by Chuck Girard, Tom Coomes, and Jay Truax, Love Song helped define the “Jesus Music” movement with their warm harmonies, acoustic guitars, and spiritually uplifting lyrics.
Their 1972 self-titled debut is widely regarded as the first major contemporary Christian rock album, featuring classics like “Welcome Back” and “Little Country Church.”
The 1974 follow-up Final Touch adds a more polished production with soulful melodies and deeply heartfelt messages — an essential companion to the debut.
