WMPI 1987, from St. Louis, MO. WM 000001 private label Wartts Music Productions Inc. THE BOTTOM LINE "It's Time" LP. RARE Funk, soul. Cover is VG +, it has ring marks on the front on the top and bottom(see picture). One very slight crease in the bottom left corner. Record is VG++, barely played. I played this myself, and it sounded awesome. No clicks or pops, very strong sound. Very faint sleeve scuffs under bright light.
