Description
Here for auction with no reserve is a blues record you won't find every day. I understand that many people may find the title of this record offensive. It is not my intention to offend anyone. I am simply selling a record. This is a German pressing on the Vogue label issued in 1967. Married at 15, Mable Hillery had six children by the age of 25. She was 38 when this album was released in 1967. Mable was born in the cotton lands of southern Georgia. She was discovered by Alan Lomax. She is a great singer. Eight out of the eleven songs are her original compositions. This is a studio album with Brian Green's Jazz band and Bill Farrow on guitar. You may never find another copy of this record. Cover condition is VG. No seem splits, some wear and tear at the opening. The vinyl is VG++. It plays clean with no surface noise. Overseas bidders welcome. I have some great hard to find stuff on ebay this week. Please view my other auctions.
