MADHOUSE 10 (The Perfect Mix)  SIGNED BY COVER MODEL MANECA LIGHTNER. Condition is Used. 
Album sleeve contains a box cut in upper left corner. Upper right corner has peeled due to price label missing.
Vinyl is NM/Mint condition. No scuffs, scratches or grooves.
Album was signed by Prince's ex-girlfriend/model Maneca Lightner during a private, invitation-only event in NYC last year. A dear friend of mine hosted the event. Ms. Lightner rarely makes public appearances, so this is an almost one-of-a-kind item.
Shipped tightly and safely in a record mailer with extra padding.
