This is a fantastic Advance DJ only issue, 2 x 12" of FEVER........Its in Mint/Unplayed condition. It's a very rare item, seldom available for sale, especially in MINT condition.

CONDITION
Vinyl Record albums are in MINT condition. Albums appear to have never been used. Slipcase has light wear, with slight opening on top and stickers on front. (Please see my Item Grading Scale below.)

Item Grading Scale
MINT: Item is in absolutely perfect condition; shows no marks or blemishes or is New With Tag (NWT).
NEAR-MINT: Item is in nearly perfect/almost new condition; may show very slight, hardly noticeable, wear, but is structurally sound.
EXCELLENT: Item shows some slight signs of wear, but nothing major, and is structurally sound.
VERY GOOD: Item shows signs of wear, possibly minor discolorations, but nothing significant; structurally sound.
GOOD: Item is overall structurally sound but may have discolorations or small unnoticeable holes.
(I do not rate items below & "GOOD" as I do not sell items that are not at least in & "GOOD" condition. Items which are heavily soiled, ripped or visibly abused in any way are not represented in any of my auctions.)

WHEN THE AUCTION ENDS.
1. If you are the high bidder after the close of the auction, within 3 days please send me an email letting me know how you wish to pay for your purchase. You then have 14 days to send me payment. If this period is not met, I reserve the right to nullify your status as the high bidder and sell to the next highest bidder or relist the item.
2. After I've received your payment I will email you confirmation of receipt and let you know when your package will be posted to you. At that time I will leave positive feedback.
3. Finally, after you have received your package and are satisfied with your purchase, please leave me positive feedback.

Please do not bid unless you intend to complete this transaction. Your bid is a legally binding contract. I will not refund for a bidder's inability to read the auction item description in its entirety. Non-paying bidders WILL receive negative feedback.

INSURANCE.
I will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected after they have been placed in the post, so insurance is your responsibility. For orders within the US, add $1.30 extra for insurance coverage of up to 50.00, $2.20 extra for insurance coverage of up to $100.00. Contact me for more coverage.

I accept personal checks ONLY if your positive feedback rating is ABOVE 25; I CANNOT accept foreign checks and will wait for domestic checks to clear first.
