I am strict with grading.
Please see pictures.

The thick original sleeve has a couple of storage creases and this could be corrected after storing on the shelf. 
The record looks in very nice Ex condition. Playtesting the beginning of each side revealed it to have some crackle and surface noise. It might be improved with cleaning. Like most picture discs, they are to be collected, rather than played...
