Offered here is this stunning and Extremely Rare South African 1983 pressing of the MADONNA 12”, with the tracks “HOLIDAY” and “I KNOW IT”. It comes to you with the original shrink. This is definitely one of the scarcest Madonna issues. Examples in the distant past have fetched over $600. LABEL: WARNER BROS. SIRE RECORDS, South Africa VINYL COND: EXCELLENT-Virtually blemish free with only very slight signs of play, & still slick and shiny. LABELS COND: EXCELLENT-There are only very minor spindle insertion rubs (See photos). COVER COND: EXCELLENT –There are no creases, marks, edge splits or tears. CONDITION GRADING TABLE NEAR MINT (NM): - A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. Sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling. EXCELLENT To VERY GOOD PLUS (EX to VG+): - Records in this category will show some signs that it was played but handled carefully by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches. Sleeves will have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. VERY GOOD (VG): Very Good condition records will have slightly more pronounced defects than VG+ including surface noise, groove wear and light scratches that may affect the sound. Sleeve and/or label will be marred by writing or have tape or stickers, although not ALL of these faults may be evident at the same time. GOOD To FAIR PLUS (G to F+): - A record in this category can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping, but it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. Sleeve can have seam splits and appear stained or grubby. 19
