FANTASTIC EARLY seventies heavy psych rock blues band featuring the scorching lead vocals of Lynn Carey - the Mama Lion! At the time of release the album sleeve caused quite a commotion  - the die cut cover shows Carey staring whistfully behind cage bars. Open the cover and you'll find that a young lion cub is suckling on one of her ample breasts - all very visible and hugely controversial at the time. The sleeve was doctored almost immediately - but this is an original with a fully exposed breast! As for the music, its first rate heavy blues based rock with wailing vocals and great guitar work courtesy of her, then, beau Neil Merryweather - a man very much on the heavy prog scene at the time.

Beautiful copy and highly recommended.

Vinyl: Beautiful clean unplayed condition. No spindle marks and no other signs of use. Grades as a shop fresh MINT!

Cover: Only minor signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed die cut gatefold 'unipak' style cover. This is a tough album to score and almost impossible to find with the die cut 'cage' bars intact - this one has all three bars with just the center bar severed at the top. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is stiff and square. Impossible to find like this after 45 years. Grades as MINT-!
