This is MAMA LION Preserve Wildlife LP on Family Productions FPS 2702, first US stereo pressing from 1972. This is a UniPak style gatefold cover.I say style because it doesn't say UniPak anywhere. This was their first of two records.       Side note: shortly after this album release in mid 1972, Lynn Carey was selected by Penthouse Magazine to be their December 1972 Pet of the Month.                                                                                                                                                       
The COVER  VG The die cut cage bars on the front are intact and in excellent condition with no repairs. Hard to find. The big condition dwawback on the front is the 99c price written below Lynn in 2 1/2" high numerals. Must have been a yard sale.Or we'll call it an estate sale. Good thing is that it is not that noticable next to the elaborate scolling of the cage window. Plus someone attempted to clean off the price so they are a light color. There is a drill hole in the top right corner. The drilling caused a crease around it because of the thin type cardboard stock.  Must have had a little tear out on the backside of the drilling as there is some touch up with black sharpie. Good news is the drill hole does not pass completely thru the gatefold cover but only the front half leaf. The inside photo of Lynn nursing the baby lion is not drilled. The back half was spared from the drilling. There is a corner ding top left.  Rest of inside gatefold and rear cover are in very good, lightly used condition with no issues. No splits, no other writing, no tape, no bends, saw cuts or clipped corners. More information on this pressing can be found on Discogs. This is release #. The VINYL    VG+   play graded. There are some fine, unfeelable scrathes. Most are sleeve scuffs from sliding against the paper inner sleeve. I did not here any pops or clicks . the music is loud and overpowers minor audial defects.                                                                                                                         
The LABELS  NM-. No spindle trails. Slightest spindle hole wear on side 2.  No writing or stickers.
