MANFRED MANN'S EARTH BAND
"SOLAR FIRE"
BRONZE RECORDS cat# ILPS 9265
**********************************************************
Manfred's Mann Earth Band were the definition of Progressive Rock by the time of this lp, it's a tremendous concept album that is still underrated - and still sounds brilliant!
The theme throughout is based on the solar system, and the influences on Planet Earth.
Not too ethereal or complex, and it makes for a cool and interesting subject.
This is a truly excellent album all the way through, even the strange 'Pluto The Dog' seems to fit the sequence rather well - a little lighter entertainment.
This lp is a psychedelic rock gem, and is super shape, playing great.
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades top EXCELLENT+ playing well.
Labels are NEAR MINT as shown.
The original GATEFOLD Cover grades EXCELLENT.
Light wear, but nice and flat. A small 'dig' on the rear, not obtrusive or too obvious.
The photo/lyrics inner is in pristine new condition as it is not used to house the disc.
See pictures.
