MANIA No Lullabies Vinyl LP SEALED Texas Hair Metal Rare Stratagem Records. Not Much is known about this band, but the band and their label Stratagem were located out of Houston, Texas. This is an original copy as this album and has developed a cult following. It is considered a fine independent release from the era, where the band made big efforts to produce something of superb quality. It kind of falls in the vein of Shrapnel Records releases of the era. The streaks you see on the album, particularly in the middle of the back of the jacket is light reflecting off the plastic and is not a flaw.
