Was this ever intended as a potential single release? Seems doubtful, but it was certainly issued to a select number of DJ's in 1993 to promote their imminent tour supporting Bon Jovi
I'll also include a copy of the original DJ's Reaction Questionnaire with amusing multiple-choice answers ranging from 'A Manic Depressive' (bad) to 'Monstrous Manic Mayhem' (amazing)

Please note that unless you select an insured option, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. However, please be assured that all CD's will be carefully packed & posted out in bubble-wrapped envelopes. All vinyl will be sent out in bespoke mailers with stiffeners, with the record stored separately from the sleeve for added protection.

Disc, Label & Sleeve ratings below are obviously subjective, but if you have any doubts or questions, please ask before bidding - I will normally respond to all questions within 24 hours. All vinyl is visually rated & therefore unplayed:
WOL - Writing or Ink on Label / WOS - Writing or Ink on Sleeve / TOS - Tape or Sticker / Glue Marks on Sleeve / Label (TOL)
Mint - Record & sleeve in brand new condition with no marks
Excellent - Record shows some signs of having been played. Vinyl may have very light scratches or markings. Cover & packaging might have slight wear &/or creasing / minor seam splits
Very Good - Record has obviously been played many times with noticeable surface marks. Cover & packaging may have more obvious defects / damage such as seam splits / heavy creases etc.
