This is an original 1968 U.S. Mala Records DOUBLE-SIDED MONO / STEREO PROMO 45 RPM record containing mono and stereo mixes of the great psychedelic tune titled 'Love' from 60s singer / songwriter Margo Guryan, who is best known for her composition 'Sunday Morning', which was a 1967 hit for Spanky & Our Gang. It is Mala Records catalog number SPECIAL 001, and is a SUPER RARE ITEM which has not been offered on eBay either at auction or at fixed price sale during the past month as far as I can tell. Records comes packaged in its original Mala stock company sleeve, which has a few small holes. 'Love' is a SUPER 5:19 psychedelic excursion. with the first half of the record being a trippy Beatles-style psychedelic cacaphonic workout with about twenty different instruments, while the second half of the record features Margo's dreamy vocals with hard fuzz guitar backing. Condition of record is a real nice NM- with just a couple of very small and light surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. The adhesive holding down the mono side label is just beginning to come loose around the center hole as can be seen in the accompanying image, labels have no writing, tears, stickers, or other problems.
