Rare and collectable Folk LP.

Original textured sleeve.

CONDITION:       I strive to provide an accurate and honest appraisal of condition.  It’s in my best interests to do so.  I WANT YOU TO COME BACK!    All records are checked in good light and play tested at a loud volume (unless described as sealed, brand new or stated otherwise).   All used records are cleaned using a Moth vacuum record cleaning machine prior to play testing.    STRICT  U.K. MAGAZINE  'RECORD COLLECTOR'  GRADING SYSTEM USED.

Playing condition ranges between VG  and EX.   Plays well throughout.   Occasional light background surface noise/crackle in places.   Low down in the mix – nothing that in anyway smothers the original sound recording – including the quieter sections.  Tiny nick causes several light pops on side2 track1.      NO obtrusive crackle.   NO distortion.   NO jumps.   NO sticking. 

Visually the record is in VG condition.  Only the one tiny nick mentioned previously.   A number of tiny surface scuff marks – none that feel to the touch. 

Labels are EX-.   2 or 3 light spindle marks.  The lower grade is for a tiny hole punch.    All text easily readable.     NO writing.  NO stickers.  NO tears.

Sleeve is no worse than VG condition.  Would grade higher if not for a tiny hole through the centre (see photos).    Sticker remnants top left corner.    Some corner wear.      All spine text perfectly readable.    NO seam splits.   NO creases.   NO tears.   NO writing.

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint

EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and or deface

POOR (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

BAD (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler
