MARIE LITTLE~My Eldorado~UK Private Press Folk LP~EX
Description
"My Eldorado"
View My Other Items For Sale
This is her third album..It may well be the hardest to find as it was privately pressed and only sold at gigs..
It's a strong album with only one of her own songs (the others are covers, all strong songs..The only well known song is "Desperado" by The Eagles to which she adds an interesting accoustic slant)..
Musically it is her vocals and accoustic guitar with a little sympathetic back up here and there from piano, fiddle, guitar, cittern and flute...
The back of the sleeve is dedicated and signed...
Issued on Greenage in 1987..HGN 001..UK pressing.. The sleeve is non laminated and single leaf style..It grades as EX minus as it has a little discolouring to the front bottom edge..(My scanner seems to like putting yellow patches onto white sleeves, this is not the case and this sleeve is still nice and white..)..The front top right has adiscreet price in felt tip..It has NO serious or nasty defects in the form of rips or tears,no seam splits,no writing or scribble,no sellotape or tape marks..All the text on the spine is clearly legible....The labels are undamaged with no stickers or scribble..There is only light spindle wear to the areas around the centre holes...
The disc grades as EX ..It is clean and undamaged with no scratches or scuffs..
It plays EX minus..There is a tiny crackle here and there..Nothing too serious or detrimental to the sound quality which is clean and undistorted..
UK buyers are welcome to collect this in person or collect it from The Southend Record Fair (11th April),where there are LOADS of classic sixties and seventies albums and singles offered for sale..
