MARK IV Signs Of A Dying Love OTB Northern Soul 12" 45

Description

Up for auction here I am offering a seriously scarce original and rare 12" 45 RPM Record.  This 12" is an ORIGINAL 1977 pressing on OTB and it is still SEALED!  Never played or opened.  The white sleeve has a cut corner and is not pictured.  From the scans of the labels, you can't tell it's sealed but it is.  This 12" plays at 45 RPM speed.  The group is called MARK IV.  Song is "Signs Of A Dying Love" & "Signs Of A Dying Love Pt 1 & Part 2".  This is a very sought after modern Northern Soul record.  The 12" form is quite rare and for it to be still sealed makes this truly a "monster" as many records are often described as being, here on ebay.  I have a reasonable reserve considering the rarity of this record.  I would recommend Insurance for all buyers (including international bidders even though it's not offered in my checkout) and we can discuss that after the auction closes.  If you win please contact me before paying so we can work out a proper postage fee that will include tracking and insurance.  I had to put a reserve on this because I have never known a copy of this to be discivered sealed.  Thank you for looking!
