Description
MEGA ULTRA RARE JAZZ LP BY MARK MURPHY THIS MUST BE EARTH
hi here we have a very unique rare album for jazz fans i believe it was recorded in 1970
this is the very 1st press with matrix stampers A1 B1
i don,t really no much about this album as it never seems be be seen
but after some research i did see one sold in 2008 for £170 this will give you an idea how rare it is
anyway back to the condition well the vinyl retains its high gloss sheen
i would say at first glance probably only played a few times
it does have some light surface marks light scratches nothing feelable probably more due to handling over its vast lifetime
i have played it through it did produce some crackle/pop but did not skip or jump
i guess a proffesional clean would only enhance this album
but at first glance it looks awesome
as a total perfectionist and i do have a bit of ocd when it comes to my vinyl
i will only grade vg then were all happy i dont overgrade but am sure a lot would grade higher
please remember this album is 43 years old wow amazing
also i must point out under intense light does have faint bag marks for those who dont under stand this term
its when a piece of vinyl has spent most of its life stuck in its polylined inner sleeve
labels are totaly clean showing only some light spindle marks under intense light they also state the name
printed as ken moule of who arranged and conducted this album,
cover is fully laminated has creases to spine light laminate lifting otherwise also vg
i must point out i dont like to grade covers unless there at least ex or nm
anyway happy bidding any questions you no were i am
thanks kevan
