Description

This is a one-sided demo acetate from Scottish pop group The Marmalade, probably from around 1970, when they signed to Decca and had a massive hit with "Reflections of my Life". So far as I can tell, this song was never released, making the demo a special item indeed for fans of the band and the era.

I have removed the condition listing here because standard vinyl grading is inadequate for acetates, but it looks beautiful and retains its shine. All of the acetates acquired in this particular collection were in excellent shape. I am not going to play it due to the degradation of sound that occurs with repeat plays of these discs.

See my other auctions for similar items-- many acetates and test pressings of soul, R&B, beat, sunshine pop, mod, power pop and psych will be listed this week.
