Description
For auction is MARTY PAICH's "I Get A Boot Out Of You," on Warner 1349 MONO, 1959. With Mel Lewis, Bill Perkins, Art Pepper, others.
SOUND: VG+
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The sound was a pleasant surprise (as the vinyl shows some visual wear). The record sounds quite bright and clean overall, with a soft, random pop here or there -- rarely, and not to the detriment of the playback. Overall, very enjoyable. Solid, powerful, big-band sound!
VINYL: VG
Visually, the vinyl has numerous faint scuffs and marks. That said, I don't see anything that is deep or stands out for further examination. The playback is significantly better than the visual! The record is on gray labels with orange "WB" logo.
COVER: VG+ or better
The "cheesecake" cover is in excellent shape! Edges are solid, with little wear. Corners are nice, with just a touch of softening. Front is clean and unmarked, very nice. Back is clean and unmarked except for 1 stray mark in pen. Back has routine, minor yellowing/aging but remains quite nice.

A sought after record, sound great (solid VG+)! No reserve, bidding starts at $20.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
