  ORIGINAL 1959 WARNER BROS RECORDS #1296 (GOLD LABEL - STEREO).  Cover is in VG condition (split half-way across top, just beginning to split at bottom opening, medium wear on bottom seam, few corner dings) and record is in VG++ condition (few light paper scuffs - visual grading).
