The record looks barely played and grades NM.
The laminate sleeve has some light corner wear on the bottom right corner. Some ring wear/rubbing marks. There are also some small light creases down the spine which have caused the laminate to slightly lift away from the sleeve down the spine on both sides. There are a couple of small light creases just to the right side of the picture on the front and it grades VG+ to EX.
