This box set was purchased from an avid jazz collector who once edited a jazz related magazine. Many of the lps in his collections were promo copies and while this box is not marked as promotional, the inclusion of the 8 x 10 leads me to assume it may have been a sample copy and was probably rarely played. A great addition to any Jam band collection.
