What can I say about this one !
For me one of the best contemporary jazz albums ever.
No filler here , 6 very strong compositions.
The line up !
Andy Bey, Stanley Cowell, Charles Tolliver ,Jymie Merritt .
The blue and green labels suggest to me this is first press .
So we’re talking 50 odd years , the record has superficial marks and scratches but plays well . No hiss or hum between or before tracks .
The cover has a few issues - I would say only VG .
Considerable ringwear on the front and back .
A small cut out bottom left corner
Spine worn but lettering intact .
Top seam starting to rip in the middle
