Description
Artist: MAX ROACH
Title: “We Insist!”
Label: CANDID. Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is orange and yellow with black text, with deep groove. Catalog number is CJM 8002.
Year: 1960.

Condition:
DISC: EXCELLENT with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care. There are a couple very slight scuffs, not audible, no serious marks or issues. Fidelity is clean and crisp. Labels are clean with no spindle trail marks. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer copy.
JACKET: Jacket is in FAIR to GOOD condition. Front panel has some stains and has darkened noticeably with age, and there is a crayon notation at the center. Reverse panel has blue pen notation (original owner initials) at upper right corner, and some small sopts/stains near the bottom, presumably occurred in storage. Majority of seams and spine are split. Bottom left corner has been clipped (see photo). Not the nicest jacket, but probably acceptable for many collectors considering the superb disc.
