Description
MAYADA “Hully Gully / Surf” 45 (Brotherphone/Lebanon ORIGINAL!!)
Now here’s a unique item, quite unlike most of what you hear from the Middle East: honest to goodness early rock’n’roll sounds (with a weird diversion into accordion music on side A…) from Lebanon, in Arabic with a little peppering of English. What a fun sound! I don’t quite hear the “Surf” sound here that you might expect from the title on side B, but it’s still really cool either way.
Here’s the entire thing, so that you can enjoy and evaluate it yourselves:

Condition: Record is G to F, with heavy surface noise throughout, and two skips on side B. It’s a shame it’s not in better shape, but still pretty enjoyable. Check the full record at the link above.
Terms (Please read carefully): Payment is due within THREE (3) DAYS via Paypal – no exceptions. Buyer pays shipping. **NOTE TO NON-USA BIDDERS: I will only ship outside of the USA using E-bay’s Global Shipping Program, as this protects buyer and seller from loss, damage, etc. This program entails extra fees for international tracking, customs, etc., which results in a high shipping cost. These fees are not set by me (as the seller, I don’t even get to see them), I don’t make any money off of them, and they are NOT NEGOTIABLE. Also, E-bay’s Global Shipping Program does not allow auction wins to be combined into one shipment. This means that if you win more than one auction for me, I will not be able to give you a combined shipping price, but will have to ship each item separately in its own box. Please keep these things in mind when bidding. Thank you.**
**ADDITIONAL SPECIAL NOTE FOR NON-USA BIDDERS: It is YOUR responsibility to understand the impact of the Global Shipping Program on the cost of shipments to your country BEFORE YOU BID on my auctions. I DO NOT WORK FOR E-BAY and cannot answer your questions about shipping costs. As clearly stated above, I do not have any control over how much you are charged, nor even any way to know how much you are charged (or will be charged). Please do not send me questions about this.**
***RELATED TO THIS, I will not answer any requests received during or after an auction about shipping to non-USA locations for a cheaper amount using some other option that isn’t the Global Shipping Program. I get an average of 3 or 4 of these kinds of questions per week, and the answer will always be no. Please don’t waste my time or your time by asking for me to violate my own shipping policy.***
USA bidders (or non-USA bidders with USA addresses registered with E-bay and Paypal!): I will gladly combine your wins into the fewest shipments possible. Please wait until this week’s auctions are finished and I will send you an invoice with the correct combined shipping total for your location. Please do not pay the automatically generated invoice from E-bay that will overcharge you for shipping.
Your item(s) will be shipped within ten (10) days of receiving cleared payment.
Please see my other auctions for more rare music.
