Condition: Cover is VG+, some general wear, nothing serious but there's a short dedication in pen on top left corner. Record is EX condition. My grade is very strict and the low openning price is mainly because the dedication written on the front cover, otherwise I've asked more than $70 as openning price.
Shipping: I ship well packed and protected in a double protection cardboard mailer. Record is seperated from the cover.
