Description

MC5 - Kick out the Jams - Elektra EKS-74042 - UNCENSORED.
- Please see photos for condition of this record. I gave it a full play through and it sounds really good! It is in very listenable condition and I did not hear any major hiss/crackle. In fact, it is one of the cleaner sounding copies I have listened to. The record itself does show some small scratches and a few scuffs (see pictures). (Engraving on record: EKS-74042-A-(CTH) and EKS-74042-B-(CTH)) This copy IS uncensored!!!!
- The outside jacket is only OK. There are two stickers in the upper right corner of the front side. Inside, there is a roughly 1 inch split in the center of the fold. On the back cover, there is a roughly 1-1.5 inch split at the top of the sleeve. The entire bottom is split. The corners of the jacket do show wear as well as the spine of the jacket shows some tears and wear. Please see pictures and feel free to shoot me any and all questions! I will respond quickly and can provide additional photos.
- The dust cover is wrinkled and split a bit. It does hold the record still and is overall still in tact.
I am no expert when it comes to records, but I do have some experience with this particular record. If you are looking for a copy to have and enjoy then this is a great example for you! If you are looking for a perfect example for collection only then this is probably not the record for you.
Again, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I can send videos, audio examples, etc to help you decide if this is the copy for you. I love this band and this record. It is an amazing piece of Detroit history and if you want a copy to enjoy, this will not disappoint! Good luck!
