On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by MC5 called 'Kick Out The Jams' and is a 1969 UK 1st pressing!!!! THIS IS THE VERY 1ST STEREO PRESSING - WITH A TEXTURED ELEKTRA LABEL, AND 1ST PRESS 'UNCENSORED' GATEFOLD COVER!!!! THIS IS A VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY TO OWN A SUPER RARE 1ST PRESSING OF THIS STUNNING LP!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Elektra UK 1st Stereo pressing from 1969 and is in GREAT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is EKS 74042 on the ORIGINAL 'textured' Elektra Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality MC5 at their best!!!! Any fan of MC5, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light non sounding hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The MEGA RARE 'Uncensored' 1st Press Stereo Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! It has only slight edge wear (NO splits - only slight roughening), only slight roughening of the spine in places (most of the side words are still perfectly readable - and NOTHING through the colour), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still flat looking), a slight patch of wear in the top right hand corner (NOT through the colour), NO ringwear, barely ANY rubbing and NO writing!!!! There is NO major faults to this cover - with NO splits, NO staining, NO rips, NO tears, and NO other damage!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside of the cover is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness and NO yellowing!!!! This cover must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE LP!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!!
