VINYL is NEAR MINT...no marks and it PLAYS SUPER CLEAN.....looks like it was on a turntable once or twice and put away...a super nice example

ULTRASONIC CLEANED -- I just cleaned it on my new Ultrasonic Record cleaner, and put it in a fresh sleeve.  It really does make a difference in the sound quality....it gets rid of stuff other methods just can't tackle....I am hooked!  Ready to enjoy for years to come.
COVER is GOOD due to it being damp at some point in the last 40 years and it has some paper loss on the bottom...still has solid seams and spine.....see photos
