My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
Very clean original first pressing of brilliant debut album by the MEATMEN from Michigan. As you know first US pressings from 1983 were born in black & white picture sleeve. There is the Maumee, Ohio address printed on the back sleeve (see scan). That's not enough. Another proof is that the label etiquettes are yellow and without the TOUCH & GO RECORDS logo on the labels. Again, 100% original first pressing. Their first LP goes by the title WE'RE THE MEATMEN....AND YOU SUCK. Pressed on their own Hardcore Punk label ‘Touch And Go’ records (TGR LP 001). The A-sider includes the tracks from their great first 7” EP ‘Blood Sausage’. But these are remixed versions and sound MUCH BETTER and MORE AGGRESSIVE. The flip features some unreleased tracks. Here is the complete track listing from the B-side. ‘Mr. Tapeworm’ / ‘Meatmen Stomp’ / ‘Orgy Of One’ / ‘One Down Three To Go’ / ‘I Sin For A Living’ / ‘Crippled Children Suck’ / ‘Meat Crimes’ / ‘Buttocks’ / ‘Mystery Track’ and ‘Middle Aged Youth’. All in all you can hear 18 fantastic songs. With the band is famous band leader Tesco Vee. Don't miss this brilliant Hardcore Punk blaster.
