Original 1964 Capitol stereo pressing, 2nd label, 'One BMI', pressed on West Coast, 'No. 6' on rear cover, with original 'Royal Blue' inner sleeve -- sleeve has no splits! Front cover has "Beatles" in olive green and original "Penny's" price sticker on lower right cover. Thus, this record was released before Capitol began shrink wrapping. The 'One BMI' pressings made on the West Coast were the first pressings of this record--albums w/o the the ASCAP or BMI were only pressed on East Coast. The record is Ex/vg+, still has much of original shine, some light scuffs, but play is unaffected. Plays at least NM/Ex, despite apparent spindle wear, which is probably due to automatic record player rather than the frequency of which it was played . The cover is an amazing Near Mint, which is even more remarkable given that this record was never shrink wrapped. Ex/Vg+ is a grade for a record that is one full grade above average, a nice playing copy with no significant defects. All my records are graded conservatively. The price on the sticker is $3.97. $3.00 media mail, $11.00 air mail to Europe, $13.00 air mail to rest of the world, $7.00 surface and Canada. Winners of multiple items are charged at a rate of $4.00 per additional record for overseas, .50 cents if domestic.
