Up for auction is a rare Beatles "MEET THE BEATLES STEREO ST 2047 3RD LABEL VARIATION WEST COSAT #6 ". This is a rare pressing and highly collectible Beatles albums to locate and is the WEST COAST Package RIAA #6. It is a Rare 1964 Capitol Stereo Lp that has the rainbow rimmed label and BEATLES in brown on cover. The third label credits all songs on side 2 to ASCAP except "I Wanna Be your man"Which is credited to BMI.Side 1 credits athe first two tracks to BMI and the remaining tracks to ASCAP. It also features no credit to George Martin on the credits. Also has "This Stereo Record Should Be Played Only With A Stereo Cartridge And Needle To Avoid Damage.
Any serious record collector or Beatles memorbilla collector knows the true value of this record and edition and should not let it go for the price I am offering it at. You can check the value by googling "Meet The Beatles Stereo thrid label variation" or "The Beatles Story on Capitol Record" by Bruce Spizer. Estimates show that only 15% of this album was made in Stereo prior to 1966.
The matrix number on side 1 is ST-1-2047-A5 1.The matrix on side 2 is ST-2047-B-6-1 1.

COVER - CAP 2047.SC2A The album cover is VG+ shape.The front cover is very clean and has minor wear on it. The back cover has a hand written name on top of it. (See Pictures)
VINYL - CAP 2047.SR3B The vinyl is in VG++ shape. Has Stereo on label in tight fonts. The center band and spindle look very clean.(See Pictures) On the vinyl It has a couple superficial scuffs. Nice clean record. I have played it through and only hear an occasional crackle between tracks!
INNER SLEEVE - Generic. Protectant Sleeve.
