Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
RARE first (and only!) US pressing on Impulse from 1969 with original inner sleeve and three hype stickers including a rare circular gold reflective University Series hype sticker in the top right hand corner on the rear!!! Check the killer drum break that opens the title track and his dynamite take on Son Of A Preacher Man for starters. How has this funky soul blues jazz killer never been reissued? The mind reels at how many lesser LPs have been resurrected and re-pressed. A genuine travesty. LP is a gorgeous VG++/NM-. Cover has a tiny promo hole in the bottom left hand corner and is still in the original shrink wrap. A high grade copy. You will not be disappointed.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED)
NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE
VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
