Label:   ATLANTIC.  Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl.  Label is purple/orange with black text, first pressing.  Catalog number is Atlantic 8091.     

Year:  1964.

Personnel:   Paul Desmond – saxophone;  Jim Hall – guitar;  Eugene Wright – bass;  Connie Kay - drums. 

Note:  This album comes from an extremely well cared-for jazz collection where the original owner cherished his albums, played them once or twice at most, and stored them under optimal conditions.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the collector who insists on mint condition.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with care.  Labels are clean.  Fidelity is superb.  A gorgeous disc you will never need to upgrade.

JACKET:   VG+ to VG++.  Some signs of shelf wear and handling are beginning to appear.  Left top and bottom corners are bumped.  Minor traces of ring wear are starting to appear on the front.  Seams and spine are excellent.  Reverse has a diagonal scratch across the panel, otherwise clean   and free of any writing, stickers, or cutout indications.  Not a perfect jacket, but quite presentable given the rarity of this album and the beautiful condition of the vinyl.
